The Rolling Meadows Revenger 91 Girls finished in third place in the tightly contested 2009 IWSL U19AB Division.  In doing so, the girls ended a 10 year run of playing travel soccer together in the IWSL, pretty much unheard of in this day of player movement.  Eight of the girls were original members of the team, and have been a part of the longest running Girls soccer team in Rolling Meadows history.  This team has represented the community well over their time on the pitch, and their trophy case contains proof of a talented group of players.  In addition, the families of those players displayed great sportsmanship over those years, and have supported the team in a positive fashion.  I have had the pleasure of coaching this team over that 10 year span along with fine coaches such as Pat Kohl, Elias Koutas, and Jim Ryzner who has been at my side for the last four years.  I want to thank those coaches, the IWSL, the parents, but most of all a wonderful group of young women who have given me wonderful memories that will last me a lifetime.  Thank you for your efforts ladies, and continued success to each and every one of you in your future!
